About Us
Cafe VN specialise in Vietnamese Noodle Soups (Pho) and Vietnamese Noodle Salads (Bun).
For our noodle soups we make three different flavours of stock. Our signature beef stock is cooked for at least 7 hours, a lighter flavoured chicken stock and a vegetarian stock.
We make everything to order and we try to use the freshest possible ingredients at all times. We try to keep the flavours as authentic as as possible but present the food in a modern light.
Cafe VN is proud to use British and Irish beef, pork, chicken and eggs. All our meats is brought from a Smithfield supplier.
